We live on a small farm in nearby Lillian, Alabama and can be at Indigo in approximately 20 minutes. We visit Indigo at least twice a week.

While our official check-in time is 4 pm, we are "sometimes" able to accommodate an earlier check-in time. Please contact Tony the morning of your arrival to check on the possibility.
Check-Out time is 10 am. We do, however, appreciate you letting us know in advance if you plan to depart earlier than 10 am, as our housekeepers can get started sooner.

Yes, returning guests receive a discount for their loyalty. Simply find your preferred week at any of our 4 two bedroom luxury condos at Indigo East and apply the coupon code "REPEAT".
Tony & Elizabeth Hobbs are well known for their immediate response times. Your phone call or text is generally answered with 60 seconds. "Requests to book" receive responses immediately as well. From start to finish, your entire booking process will be noticeably easier and faster than experienced with most other "rentals by owner" properties.
Indigo changed over to Secure Vision at the end of 2025. The new internet service is ULTRA FAST (1 Gig) and the reliability is backed by true fiber, including a nearby "headend" installed (at considerable expense) by Secure Vision. Secure Vision also provides "local" personnel to answer the phones and help Indigo owners and rental guests with any needs regarding internet access or television access.
Regardless of condo size, each condo at Indigo comes with 2 parking passes guaranteed year-round. During non-peak times of year, each condo can be issued an unlimited (within reason) number of additional passes. The first two parking passes are (1) BLUE COLOR PASS (for garage OR outside surface parking) and (2) RED COLOR PASS (for outside surface parking ONLY). Any extra parking passes (issued during non-peak times) are WHITE COLOR and may only be used for outside surface parking.
The East Building has elevators "A, B and C". The "B" elevator is used for all two bedroom units, including our condos (1104E, 1204E, 1804E, 1904E). Arriving guests can onboard the elevators at either the garage level or the lobby level. All unloading is done at the garage level, where flat carts shopping carts and bellhop style carts are provided. Once on the elevator, press the "11R, 12R, 18R or 19R buttons" to respectively access our condos. Do not use the plain numbered buttons that do not contain the "R" designation after the floor number.
